Good value, met all requests. We appreciated staying here, the breakfast was FRESHLY PREPARED. Great base for long weekend. When we arrived the owner was helpful.

It deserves its 3 stars. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited Glacis Beisl, set easy walk to the hotel.
